Senior Pastor

Jonathan and his family joined LBC in August of 2020 as Student Pastor and served in that role before transitioning to Senior Pastor in September 2022. Jonathan served in Student Ministry for twelve years total at various churches before transitioning into his current role.
Jonathan completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Leadership and Management from Liberty University in 2019, and graduated from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with his Masters of Divinity in Christian Ministry in 2023.
Jonathan is an avid sports fan and finds great joy in watching and playing sports with his children.

Family Pastor
Matt joined LBC in October of 2023 as Family Pastor. Matt has served in student ministry for over 20 years – previously serving at Walnut Street Baptist Church in Louisville, Hawesville Baptist Church in Hawesville, KY, and Zion Baptist Church in Henderson, KY. Matt graduated from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2006 with a Master of Arts in Christian Education. He is excited to be back in Hancock county at LBC to help families make Jesus Christ the center of their homes!
